By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins upon completion of setup by The Good Days Co and ends at the scheduled pickup time. Customer is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.
DELIVERY & SETUP
The Good Days Co will deliver, set up, and secure all equipment.
Customer agrees to:
• Provide clear access to the setup location.
• Ensure the setup area is free of debris, pet waste, sprinkler heads, rocks, and other hazards.
• Ensure an electrical outlet is available within 100 feet unless otherwise arranged.
• Notify The Good Days Co of any underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or other obstacles.
The Good Days Co reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to provide continuous adult supervision of all participants using the equipment.
The following are prohibited:
• Shoes
• Food or beverages
• Gum
• Sharp objects
• Glass containers
• Face paint
• Glitter
• Confetti
• Silly string
• Pets
• Smoking or vaping
• Climbing on walls, netting, or safety features
• Flips, wrestling, rough play, or horseplay
Participants should be grouped by similar age and size.
PICKUP PROCESS
Customer agrees to:
• Stop all use of equipment at the scheduled pickup time.
• Remove all personal belongings from the equipment.
• Ensure equipment remains connected to power until pickup.
• Ensure equipment remains dry and free from debris.
Additional fees may apply if pickup is delayed due to customer actions.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve an event date. No reservation is guaranteed until a deposit has been received.
Customer Cancellations
More than 14 days before event:
Customer may cancel and receive a full refund of all payments made, less any payment processing fees.
8-14 days before event:
Customer may cancel and receive a refund of all payments except the reservation deposit.
7 days or less before event:
All deposits are forfeited. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at The Good Days Co's discretion.
Within 48 hours of event:
No refunds will be issued. Customer may request a one-time reschedule subject to availability.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations requested by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling
The Good Days Co understands that plans change.
Customers may request one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 72 hours prior to the event date.
Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original event date and are subject to availability.
WEATHER POLICY
The Good Days Co closely monitors weather conditions before and during all rentals.
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be operated during:
• Lightning or thunderstorms
• Heavy rain
• Flooding
• Sustained winds above 15 mph
• Wind gusts above 20 mph
• Any condition deemed unsafe by The Good Days Co
Weather Decisions
Weather-related cancellation decisions are typically made the morning of the event or sooner when severe weather is forecasted.
If The Good Days Co cancels due to unsafe weather BEFORE setup:
Customer may choose:
Full refund of all monies paid, or
Full credit toward a future rental within 12 months.
If severe weather occurs AFTER setup:
No refunds will be issued for time already used.
The Good Days Co may require immediate evacuation and shutdown of the inflatable for safety reasons.
Failure to follow weather-related instructions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
No-Show Policy
If The Good Days Co arrives for delivery and is unable to complete setup due to:
• No access to the property
• Inadequate setup space
• Unsafe conditions
• Lack of required power source
• Customer not present
The rental may be treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund will be issued.
DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES
Customer assumes responsibility for damage occurring during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
The following fees may apply:
• Excessive dirt or mud cleanup: $50
• Food, drink, gum, candy cleanup: $50
• Face paint, makeup, glitter, confetti, or slime contamination: $100
• Silly string contamination: $250
• Pet waste contamination: $250
• Burn marks: Repair cost plus labor
• Cuts, tears, punctures, or damage: Actual repair cost
• Unrepairable damage or total loss: Full replacement value of equipment
The Good Days Co reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for documented damage or cleaning fees.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Customer understands that inflatable equipment, water slides, games, and recreational activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:
• Falls
• Collisions
• Slips
• Sprains
• Broken bones
• Serious injury
• Death
Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and use of rented equipment.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless The Good Days Co, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, costs, expenses, attorney fees, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of rental equipment, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Good Days Co from any claims arising from Customer's use, misuse, supervision, or operation of the equipment during the rental period.
PHOTO RELEASE
Unless Customer provides written notice otherwise, Customer grants The Good Days Co permission to use photographs of equipment setup for promotional, marketing, social media, and website purposes.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms contained in this Agreement and Liability Waiver.
